ALL waves and all participants will be timed with timing chips. Please help us provide the best running/walking experience for all participants and select the appropriate wave for you based on how you plan to participate.

JOGGING WAVE - Starting at 8:40am, this wave is for those participants here to have a good time. They plan to run/jog but aren’t as worried about their times.
WALKING WAVE - Starting at 8:50am, this wave is for those participants here that plan to walk the 5K course. Here for fun and exercise, this wave is for those looking to walk from start to finish and then join us for the Post Dash Bash!
